1. Overview

At Jeymar LLC, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be offered.

 

 

2. Custom Projects

Since most of our work involves custom-built cabinets, countertops, and personalized designs, refunds are generally not available once materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun.

 

 

3. Deposits

All deposits made to secure a project are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is initiated by Jeymar LLC or we are unable to fulfill the agreed service.

 

 

4. Service Issues

If there is a defect or issue with our work that is directly caused by Jeymar LLC, we will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Refunds will only be considered if a resolution cannot be reached.

 

 

5. Cancellations

Project cancellations must be requested in writing. Any refundable amount will be determined based on the stage of the project and whether materials have been purchased or work has been initiated.
